Cocopelli’s Coffee & Tea
[Jan 15, 2008] post by BohemianGot another little place for you to try out - Cocopelli’s Coffee & Tea. They serve Craven’s Coffee, fresh-roasted in Spokane. They’re located in the old historic Academy Building in downtown at the corner of E. 11th St. & C St. Parking is plentiful and the coffee shop entrance is on the north side of the building. They have nice little tables and chairs - no over-stuffed comfortable chairs at this time - and a great location in an awesome old building here in downtown. They’re currently open Monday through Friday from 7 AM - 5 PM so you might have to run by on your lunch break. Tell them Bohemian sent you!
Another great coffee place - River Maiden
[Jan 10, 2008] post by BohemianAlthough it’s a little ways away from downtown, River Maiden is a great place to get a latte and log in to your email. It’s located on Devine Rd. between Mill Plain and MacArthur Blvd. in a little strip mall on the west side of the street. Their address is 602 N. Devine. They serve Stumptown coffee - always a favorite here in the Portland Metro area - and have a terrific, laid-back atmosphere.
They were also located in the Vancouver Farmers’ Market building downtown on Esther St. and who knows, maybe some day, they’ll be back down there. We can only hope!
Check them out - and tell them Bohemian sent you!!
And yet another coffee shop - Newsies
[Jan 08, 2008] post by BohemianGot another place for you to try out - and right downtown in Vancouver! It’s called Newsies and they’re located at 603 Main Street. Check out their website, which they are just developing so there’s not a lot of info yet, but give them time! Their coffee is awesome (they serve Caffe Umbria) and you can check your email with free WIFI, just like at Bohemian!
Tell them Bohemian sent you - I don’t think you’ll be disappointed!
